Delivery & Returns policy

We do not have a shop or hold ready made items in stock for immediate despatch. Everything sold through our web store is handmade to order by our suppliers, just for you. 

We regret that we are unable to cancel an order once it's been placed. But if you have made a mistake on your order or entered your shipping information incorrectly, please reach out as soon as possible at: info@rwfanfest.org

We cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer at the point of sale.

Clothing orders are sent weekly to our supplier on Sundays and processed and posted the following week. Please allow time for us to make and send your clothing items to you if you require them for a specific date. 

Homewares items (coming soon!) are being made by a different supplier and where possible will be despatched within 48 hours of your orders being placed. 

All orders are sent by fully tracked post, door to door. 

UK Customers: 

As our collections are made to order we do not accept returns if you have ordered the wrong item, size or style.  As every order is a special custom order, personalised to your size and style choices, we are unable to accept ANY returns unless your item is faulty. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help with the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

All sales on discounted or sale items are final. 

European and International Customers: 

We love to go on tour and our fundraising merchandise does too! We will send your RWFanfest fundraising items anywhere in the world! 

Please be advised that we are unfortunately experiencing delivery delays on orders sent outside the UK as a result of Brexit. These delays are unfortunately out of our control once your parcels are in the hands of the postal service but we will do everything we possibly can to get your orders to you as quickly as we possibly can. 

Please be advised that customs charges and local taxes may apply for any orders sent outside the UK. 

As we are a small non-profit organisation, run on a voluntary basis we regret that we are unable to accept international returns at this time.
